Refund Policy

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate apparel, are not eligible for exchange.

  2. Create a Ticket: After creating an account, go to the "Customer Support" section and create a ticket by providing your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
  3. Review the Request: Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. Processing the Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and send you a replacement item. You will receive a confirmation email once the exchange is complete.

3. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. In the case of a defective or incorrect item, Bekny Partners & Facilitators PLC, will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

4. Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personalized items
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
  • Clearance or sale items
